When planning a renovation of the existing Wind Creek Casino in Montgomery, Alabama, the ownership teamed with the BB King Club in Memphis to add an exciting entertainment venue based on legendary blues musician BB King. Lorenc+Yoo Design was retained to assist in bringing creating a one-of-a-kind experience that would draw customers from across the region.
Although Lorenc+Yoo designed two of the past Wind Creek Casino projects, the firm approached this project in a completely fresh light–down to the restroom signs.
Lorenc+Yoo teamed with Dale & Partners to merge the architecture and interior design with vintage-inspired signage, large hand-painted murals, marquee signs, and even old time incandescent and neon lighting.
Music is part of this place in the same way that it runs through the veins of anyone who has ever played the Blues. Our stage never loses its rhythm, as the mellow twang of the old guitars and the swing of the big brass bands take you on a rollercoaster ride of sound. BB King's Blues Club is Located within the Wind Creek Hotel and Casino in Montgomery, Alabama. Authentic Memphis style Barbeque dishes as well as Cajun and Creole menu items are served inside an amazing replica of the original BB King's Blues Club in Memphis, along with the entire Beale Street experience. Enjoy our world famous BB King's Ribs while listening and dancing to the best in local. The design references many of the other touches designed by Lorenc+Yoo for the casino.
